Welcome to FriendFuss! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FriendFuss mobile application (the "App") and any related services provided by FriendFuss.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
FriendFuss is designed as a relationship management tool—your "friendship operating system." It is intended to help users systematically track, manage, and build their personal social circles.
A. Not a Social Network: FriendFuss is not a public social media platform, dating app, or matchmaking service. The data you input regarding your friends and activities is private and stored only for your personal use and reference.
B. Relationship Focus: The App provides tools such as relationship stages, smart reminders, activity logging, and progress tracking toward your personal social goals (e.g., the "100 friends" goal).
A. Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
B. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
C. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
A. Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content and data you create, upload, or input into the App, including Relationship Data (names, notes, and records of your interactions with your friends).
B. Your License to FriendFuss: By submitting or entering content into the App, you grant FriendFuss a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and back up this data solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the App's core services to you. This license terminates when you delete your account or remove the data from the App.
C. Data Privacy: All collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at privacy.friendfuss.com.
You agree not to use the App in any way that:
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms or misused the App, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately.
A. Premium Features: Certain features, described as "Premium" or "Pro" (for example, advanced reminders and expanded usage of premium tools), require a paid auto-renewable subscription to FriendFuss Pro.
B. Subscription Plans and Pricing: FriendFuss Pro is offered through the Apple App Store in the following plans (or the then-current price shown to you at purchase, which may vary by region, taxes, and App Store pricing):
C. Free Trial: Eligible new subscribers may receive a one-week (7-day) free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, payment will be charged to your Apple ID when the trial ends, and the paid subscription will begin.
D. Payment: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis for the plan you select. Charges are processed through your App Store account.
E. Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You must manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
F. Refunds: All purchases are final to the extent permitted by law. Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store, and FriendFuss does not independently provide refunds for any unused subscription period.
From time to time, FriendFuss may offer promotional pricing, free trials, or other limited-time offers. Unless otherwise stated in the offer terms, promotional access ends when the promotional period expires, after which standard subscription pricing applies if you continue using Pro features. FriendFuss reserves the right to modify or end promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable App Store rules and any rights you already have under an active offer.
A. Relationship Advice: FriendFuss provides tools for tracking and organization, but does not provide professional psychological, medical, or relationship advice. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others.
B. No Warranties: The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. FriendFuss expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
C. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, FriendFuss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you have paid to FriendFuss in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
